Party and Event Information

  • Leawood Pool Little Rock is available for Private and Non-Private Parties to Members in Good Standing. We will no longer be renting out for parties to non-members. Thank you for your understanding.

  • After hearing feedback from our pool members and guards, final balance due will now be due a week prior to the party. This ensures that on the day of the party you can focus on your party guests and not with making payment. 

  • No parties will be held on holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4, or Labor Day, due to high volumes)

Private and Non-Private Party Information

  • Member Private Party

    ​​Private parties are held on Sundays after 6pm and on Mondays after 4pm when the pool is closed to the general membership.

    - 2 hour party

    - 1 to 34 swimmers

    - 2 Red Cross Certified Life Guards

    - Use of grill and party deck

    - Guest wristbands must be worn by all swimmers

    Fees: $225 with $50 deposit (refundable if weather related)

    $175 Balance due 1 week prior to party

    $50 Additional Hour

    $50 Additional swimmers (35 to 50 total)

  • Parties During Pool Hours (Non-Private)

    A 2 hour Non-Private Pool Party can be held during normal business hours. Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-8pm or Sundays from 12-6pm.

    - 2 hour party

    - 1 to 15 swimmers

    - At least 2 Red Cross Certified Life Guards

    - Reserved Use of grill and party deck

    - Guest wristbands must be worn by all swimmers

    Fees: $125 w/ $50 non-refundable deposit (refundable if weather related)

    $75 balance due 1 week prior to party

    $50 Additional Hour

    $50 Additional swimmers (16 to 30 total)
